Azim Hashim Premji was born on born 24 July 1945 is an Indian business tycoon and philanthropist who is the chairman of Wipro Limited, guiding the company through four decades of diversification and growth to emerge as one of the Indian leaders in the software industry.



According to Forbes, he is currently the third wealthiest Indian, and the 41st richest in the world, with a personal wealth of $12.2 billion in 2012. In 2000, he was voted among the 20 most powerful men in the world by Asiaweek. He has twice been listed among the 100 most influential people by TIME Magazine, once in 2004 and more recently in 2011.




When Azim Premji took over as its chairman, Wipro dealt in hydrogenated cooking fats and later diversified to bakery fats, ethnic ingredient based toiletries, hair care soaps, baby toiletries, lighting products, and hydraulic cylinders. Thereafter Premji made a focused shift from soaps to software.In the 80s Wipro diversified into IT.

Sripathi Panditaradhyula Balasubrahmanyam was born on born 4 June 1946 is an Indian playback singer, actor, music director, voice actor and film producer.He won the National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer six times and the Nandi Awards in Telugu cinema 25 times from Government of Andhra Pradesh.He has sung over 40,000 songs in various Indian languages. 



As an actor he played in films like Muddina Mava, Hethare Hennanne Herabeku, Mangalyam Thanthunana, Pakkinti Ammayi, Parvathaalu Paanakalu, Pelli Varamandi, Kalyanathasava, Malle Pandiri, Raja Hamsa, Keladi Kanmani, Pattu padava"", Minsara Kanavu, Manathil Uruthi Vendum, Thiruda Thiruda, Kanmani, Sigaram, Maya, Avvai Shanmugi, Ratchagan, Nandhini, Kadhalan," Priyamanvaley" (Premikudu in Telugu, Humse hai mukable in Hindi), Prema Maha Yedabidargi, Maya Bazaar. He received the Nandi Award for Best Supporting Actor for the Telugu movie Pavithra Bandham (1996) from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Recently he worked in a telugu film called Mithunam directed by Tanikella Bharani. Mithunam got a critical acclaim from various people



He has composed music for around 40 films and albums like Seethamma Pelli, Bharyamani, Sandarbha, Bangaru Chilaka, Mayuri, Ramanna Shyamanna, Ksherasaagara, Devaralle Dane, Belliyappa Bangarappa beside few films like Muddina Maava, Sigaram, Unnai Charanadaithaen, Padamati Sandhya Ragam in Telugu, Hindi Tamil and Kannada languages.



Balasubrahmanyam accidentally became a dubbing artist with Kamal Hassan's film Manmadha Leela, the dubbed version of Manmadha Leelai.He was awarded Best Dubbing Artist for the films Annamayya and Sri Sai Mahima.



Music Maestro Ilaiyaraaja

laiyaraaja was born on 2 June 1943 is an Indian film composer, singer, and lyricist, mainly in Tamil film Industry and other Indian film industries like Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Marathi.




He is regarded as one of the finest music composers in India Ilaiyaraaja is also an instrumentalist, conductor, singer, and a songwriter.His songs and background score played a very crucial role in the success of many films. He remains one of the most popular composers to have emerged from India.




Ilaiyaraaja has been a prominent composer of film music in South Indian cinema since the late 1970s.[9] His works are mainly in Tamil, but has also scored music for numerous films in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and one in Marathi.[10] He integrated folk (in Tamil) and introduced broader Western musical sensibilities into the South Indian musical mainstream.




He recieved Padma Bhushan award from Government of India.He has won four Indian National Film Awards; three for Best Music Direction and one for Best Background Score.He also received the NTR National Award in 2004.

Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao was  born on 28 May 1923  popularly known as N. T. Rama Rao or by his initials NTR, was an Indian film actor, director, producer, and politician who also served as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for three terms.In 2013, NTR has been voted as the greatest Indian actor by a poll conducted by CNN-IBN. 



TR made his debut as an actor in a Telugu social film Mana Desam, directed by L. V. Prasad in 1949. He gained popularity in the 1950s when he became well known for his portrayals of Hindu deities, especially Krishna and Rama,roles which have made him a "messiah of the masses" in india.In total he starred in over 320 Telugu films and has become one of the most prominent figures in the history of Telugu cinema



Besides Telugu, he has also acted in a few Tamil films.Widely recognised for his mythological characters, was considered as one of the leading mythological, method actors of Indian cinema,He was referred to in the media as Viswa Vikhyatha Nata Sarvabhouma.



After his career in films, NTR entered politics. He founded the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in 1982 and served three tumultuous terms as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh between 1983 and 1995.



He was awarded Padma Shri and many other National Film Awards and honary Docorate from Andhra Univesity.

Shankar

Shanmugam Shankar, commonly known as Shankar, is an Indian film director and producer who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. He made his directional debut in Gentleman (1993)  for which he was awarded the Filmfare Best Director Award and the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Director.



He is the highest paid film-maker in India among his contemporaries.Two of his films, Indian (1996) and Jeans (1998) were submitted by India for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.




Shankar was born on August 17, 1963 in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India and he belongs to thevar family.His parents Muthulakshmi and Shanmugam . He completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Central Polytechnic College Tharamani[C.P.T], before entering film industry.



His second film Kadhalan, a romantic-action film was released in the following year, had Prabhu Deva in the lead role. Kadhalan too earned positive response and subsequently went on to become a magnificent venture at the box office. In 1996, he collaborated with Kamal Haasan for Indian.His musical entertainer film Boys was released in 2003, which received mixed response from the critics and audience, prompting it to do only average business. His psychological thriller Anniyan, featuring Vikram in three distinct characters (Ambi, Remo & Anniyan) was released in 2005 with Harris Jayaraj as the composer for his film




hankar's family includes his father Shanmugam, mother Muthulakshmi, his wife and two daughters.

Daggubati Ramanaidu was born on 6 June 1936 is a multilingual Indian Film Producer.In 2010, he was conferred with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.India's highest award in cinema.The Guinness Book of Records lists him as the most prolific producer with 130 films.



He was born on 6 June 1936 to Daggubati Venkateswarlu and Lakshmi Devamma in Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh.His elder son Suresh babu is a producer and younger son Venkatesh babu is an actor.His Grand son Rana is also an actor.



He is a member of the Telugu Desam Party and represented Baptala constituency in Guntur District in the 13th Lok Sabha from 1999-2004.



He got many National Awards and Padma Bhushan award in 2013.He got honurable Doctorate from Sri Venkateshwara University,Tirupathi.

Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was born on 15 October 1931at Rameshwaram.He is the 11th President of India.he is also Proffesor,Author, scientist and Aero space engineer.


Before his term as President, he worked as an aerospace engineer with DRDO and ISRO Kalam is popularly known as the Missile Man of India for his work on the development of ballistic missile and launch vehicle technology.





Kalam served as the 11th President Of India,succeeding K R Narayanan.He won the 2002 presidential elections with an electoral vote of 922,884, surpassing 107,366 votes won by Lakshmi Sehgal.. He served from 25 July 2002 to 25 July 2007.



A. P. J. Abdul Kalam's 79th birthday was recognised as World Students' Day by United Nations.He has also received honary doctrates from 40 Universities.The Government of India has honoured him with the Padma Bhushan and Padma vibhushann 1990 for his work with ISRO and DRDO and his role as a scientific advisor to the Government.




In 1997, Kalam received India's highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna, for his immense and valuable contribution to the scientific research and modernisation of defence technology in India.




The Versatile Actor Kamal Haasan

Kamal Haasan was born on born 7 November 1954 is an Indian FIlm Actor,Producer,Director,Screen Play Writer,Singer,Lyricist,Choreographer.Kamal has won several Indian film awards, including three National Film Awards and numerous Southern Film Fare Awards.



Following his debut, Haasan starred in five more films as a child actor.He debuted in the Malayalam film industry in the film Kannum Karalum (1962).Haasan's father was very supportive of his interest in arts.n addition to acting, Haasan has also played various roles behind the camera and is known for his involvement in several aspects of film-making.



Following a seven-year hiatus from films, Haasan returned to the industry to be a part of the technical crew of films. However, he played a few supporting roles instead. As an adult, his first film role was in the 1970 film Maanavan, in which he appeared in a dance sequence. He also did a supporting role in the film Annai Velankani n which he was the assistant director. He appeared in K.Balachander's 1973 film Arangetram.



Subsequently, Haasan and Sarika lived together from 1988, and got married after having their second child. Of the two children: Shruthi Hasan and Akshara Hasan.Shruthi is an Actor and play back singer.


Indian Cricketer Kapil Dev

Kapil Dev Ramlal Nikhanj was born on 6 January 1959 is a former Indian Cricketer.He captained the Indian cricket team which won the 1983 Cricket World Cup.Kapil was a right-arm pace bowler noted for his graceful action and potent out swinger, and was India's main strike bowler for most of his career.



Kapil made his Test Cricket debut in Faisalabad. Pakistan on 16 October 1978. Although his match figures were unimpressive, the numbers did not convey any measure of Kapil's contribution in the match.




Kapil entered the World Cup with an ordinary individual record – 32 Matches, 608 Runs (Average: 21), 34 wickets.In the semi-finals India faced the English Cricket Team. Kapil helped curtail the lower-order after England lost regular wickets to Roger Binny and Amarnath.He ensured victory and got a grand entry into the finals to take on the mighty West Indies Cricket Team who were looking for a hat-trick of World Cup titles.Kapil Dev had upset Clive Lloyd's West Indies to win India's maiden World Cup with a a truly all-round performance.






By the end of 1983, Kapil already had about 250 Test wickets in just five years and looked well on his way to becoming one of the most prolific wicket-takers ever. However, his bowling declined following knee surgery in 1984, as he lost some of his majestic jump at the crease.





Indian GRAND MASTER Viswanathan Anand

Viswanathan Anand was born on 11 December 1969 at Tamil Nadu is a Indian chess Granf Master.His father, Viswanathan Iyer, is a retired General Manager of Southern Railways, and his mother Susheela, housewife and chess/film/club aficionado and an influential socialite.He was taught to play chess by his mother and a close family friend named Deepa Ramakrishnan.





In August 2010, Anand joined the Board of Directors of Olympic Gold Quest, a foundation for promoting and supporting India's elite sportspersons and potential young talent.On 24 December 2010 Anand was guest of honour on the grounds of Gujarat university, Ahmedabad, where 20,486 players created a new world record of simultaneous chess play at single venue.





Anand was denied an honorary doctorate from University Of Hyderabad because of confusion over his citizenship status; however, later Kapil Sibal,Indoa's Minister Of Human Resource Development apologized and said "There is no issue on the matter as Anand has agreed to accept the degree at a convenient time depending on his availability".According to The Hindu, Anand finally declined to accept the doctorate.

Amitabh Harivansh Bachchan born 11 October 1942 at Allahabad is an Indian Film Actor.He is a producer, singer, television presenter.Bachchan is married to actress Jaya Bhaduri.The couple have two children, Shweta Nanda and Abhishek Bachan.Abhishek is also an actor and is married to actress Aishwarya Rai.




Bachchan made his film debut in 1969 as a voice narrator in Mrinal Sen's National Award winning film Bhuvan Shome.Director Prakash Mehra cast him in the leading role for the film Zanjeer(1973) as Inspector Vijay Khanna. The film was a sharp contrast to the romantically themed films that had generally preceded it and established Amitabh in a new persona—the "angry young man" of Bollywood Cinema






In 1984, Bachchan took a break from acting and briefly entered politics in support of long-time family friend,Rajiv Gandhi.He contested Allahabad's seat of 8th LOK SABHA. His political career, however, was short-lived: he resigned after three years, calling politics a cesspool.





In 2000, Bachchan hosted the first season of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), the Indian adaptation of the British television game show, The show was well received.A second season followed in 2005 but its run was cut short by STAR PLUS  when Bachchan fell ill in 2006.n 2009, Bachchan hosted the third season of the reality show Bigg Boss.
